PROTOS.RE entirely developed in-house, provides a Virtual Data Room (VDR), which allows for the orderly and efficient management of both the documentation in the client's possession, both that found through access to records and that processed in the course of activities, up to the issuance of the real estate file. This application SW, in fact, has Document Repository features, with manual/maximum uploading and typing of documents, images, photographs and videos, with automatic renaming.
PROTOS.RE enables differentiated activation to different enabled users, data-entry of information about each managed property and monitoring of the processing status of activities. It also manages the reporting of audit outcomes, facilitates the exchange of documents online and enables statistical processing (e.g., control dashboards), based on predefined parameters.

The software is entirely web-based, requires no installation, and performance in terms of productivity and HW-requirements is found to be excellent.
