The deal launches the growth path through external lines<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Milan, 15 May 2026 <\/strong>\u2013 Protos, an Italian Group active in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) and Advisory & Consulting Engineering services, announces the acquisition of Inarcheck, a leading professional services company specializing in technical inspection, verification and technical control activities, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector and the real estate market.<\/p>\n

The transaction represents the first acquisition made by Protos since H.I.G. Capital’s entry into the Group’s capital in 2025, and effectively launches the growth path through external lines outlined in the industrial plan.<\/p>\n

Through the acquisition of Inarcheck, Protos further strengthens its presence in verification, validation and technical inspection activities, consolidating its position in TIC services in the Infrastructure and Real Estate markets. The deal will also further expand the network of institutional clients and strengthen specialist expertise in project verification and technical control activities. <\/p>\n

Headquartered in Milan, Inarcheck offers a wide range of services, including project verification, real estate due diligence, technical site supervision, certification of professional skills including real estate valuers and BIM professionals, oversight of public administration works, and support to the Responsabile Unico di Progetto (Sole Project Manager). Inarcheck serves more than 1,000 clients across Italy, including public bodies, infrastructure concession holders, owners and managers of real estate portfolios, construction companies and facility and project management firms. <\/p>\n

Following the transaction, Inarcheck’s institutional shareholders \u2014 including Cassa Italiana di Previdenza e Assistenza dei Geometri, Inarcassa, BPER Banca and Unipol Finance \u2014 will fully exit its shareholder base.<\/p>\n
