As the phase primarily focused on the implementation and financing of works draws to a close, attention is progressively shifting towards ex post assessments of completed works, certifications and supporting documentation, including in the context of disputes and legal proceedings. <\/p>\n<p>Against this backdrop, Protos Consulting has consolidated its expertise into an integrated approach combining document analysis, site inspections and technical assessments, from the preliminary evaluation of potential issues through to technical support during judicial proceedings, where required.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology is structured around three levels: Technical Review &#038; Red Flag Analysis, providing a preliminary assessment of the technical and documentary framework and identifying the main critical issues; Technical Opinion &#038; Specialist Investigation, examining the findings in greater depth through specialist analyses and assessments; and support during judicial proceedings, including, where appropriate, acting as a Party-Appointed Technical Consultant (Consulente Tecnico di Parte \u2013 CTP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Isidoro Langone, Infrastructure Services Director at Protos Consulting<\/strong>, comments: \u201c<em>The market is entering a different phase from the years when attention was primarily focused on carrying out projects and accessing incentives.
