Founded in 1990, HYDEA employs over 70 professionals and has completed more than 1,000 projects in over 100 countries. The transaction strengthens Protos Consulting’s Advisory & Consulting Engineering division.

Protos has completed the acquisition of Inarcheck, a company specializing in inspection, verification, technical oversight, and personnel certification, with over twenty years of experience and thousands of clients in Italy. The transaction strengthens Protos Check and expands its presence in the real estate and infrastructure markets.
