Protos supports financial institutions and practitioners throughout the entire loan application evaluation process, ensuring thorough analysis and reliable decision-making tools.
The service begins with acreditworthiness analysis, which has two basic components:
-
Quantitative analysis, through evaluation of balance sheets, cash flows, balance sheet ratios and other economic and financial data, to measure the applicant's soundness.
-
Qualitative analysis, focusing on examination of the business plan, corporate strategy, management quality, income-generating capacity, and capital structure.
This is followed by the valuation of collateral, with determination of the value of any assets placed as collateral for the loan (property, facilities, receivables, etc.), to estimate the ability to repay in the event of default.
Based on the analyses conducted, detailed reports are prepared that summarize the results and provide an overall view of the risk profile associated with the credit application.
Finally, Protos provides concrete decision support by providing financial counterparts with all the information they need to make an informed and structured assessment of the loan disbursement.
