    Verification of compliance and effectiveness of business processes with independent audits to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in critical areas such as large infrastructure.

  • Technical Inspection

    The technical inspection service, required by insurance companies for the issuance of ten-year posthumous indemnity policies, is aimed at both public works and private projects. Through targeted checks, Protos Check protects the client and the buyer of real estate from possible damage resulting from total or partial ruin or serious construction defects.

Protos Check Accreditations

Certificate of Accreditation ACCREDIA No. 334, in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 ed. 2012 as Inspection Body type “A” in the following areas: “Construction of buildings and civil engineering works and related plant engineering works, works of garrison and environmental defense and nature engineering”, for the inspection types:

  • Inspection on the execution of works (against Standard UNI 10721:1998 “Technical Inspection Services for New Construction,” applicable laws and client specifications).
  • Inspections of the design of works for validation purposes pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 50 of 18 April 2016, as amended, and Legislative Decree No. 36 of 31 March 2023.

as well as:

  • Inspection on technical content in claims, reservations and litigation (in accordance with client specifications and applicable reference standards).
