AGIDI Convention Amusement ParksLast July 15, our Marco Anselmi, Director Real Estate Services and Alessandro Costantini, Senior Technical Consultant, were invited as speakers at the conference “Amusement Parks: evolution and future prospects of a growing asset class,” organized by AGIDI – Italian Association of Real Estate Lawyers.

The event provided an opportunity to delve into the evolving dynamics of an as-yet underexplored but fast-changing asset class that is attracting increasing attention from real estate professionals.

During the conference, a stimulating discussion between professionals and experts in the field developed, highlighting the development potential of amusement parks, including in light of new requirements in terms of sustainability, safety and technological innovation.

Protos contributed to the discussion by bringing its experience in Technical Advisory, illustrating the multidisciplinary approaches required by complex assets such as these, which combine aspects of construction, systems, security and entertainment.

We thank AGIDI for the invitation and for the excellent organization of an initiative that was able to offer concrete and topical food for thought, involving leading players in Italian real estate.
