Protos SpA and Protos Group companies adopt a process for receiving, analyzing and processing reports.
The process complies with regulatory changes introduced by Leg. March 10, 2023, no. 24 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws (so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
The reporting management process is an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model under Leg. n. 231/2001 of Protos SpA and Protos Group companies.
For sending and managing reports, Protos SpA and Protos Group companies have adopted a dedicated IT platform, which is the preferred channel for sending reports.
