Protos supported Pioneer Infrastructure Partners in the process that led to UniCredit granting €73 million in green financing to support projects developed by Teike in the public lighting and energy efficiency sector.

Protos handled the technical analysis of the transaction, conducting an in-depth assessment of the technologies, services, business plans and energy costs of the projects. The technical due diligence supported Pioneer both in the investment decision phase and in the subsequent financing structuring process.

The Protos team involved in the operation, composed of five professionals coordinated by engineers Giorgio Saraceno and Egle Monteleone, helped consolidate the company’s role as a leading technical partner in advisory operations for public lighting and energy efficiency services.
